How it works

PadelCupid Member Guide

How to use PadelCupid

Set up your profile, add your best pictures, discover padel players, make connections and start conversations safely.

Get started in four steps

A complete profile makes it easier for other members to know who you are and whether you would enjoy playing together.

1

Create your account

Register with accurate details and confirm your email if requested.

2

Complete your profile

Add your location, padel details, interests and introduction.

3

Add pictures

Upload a clear profile picture and suitable gallery photos.

4

Start connecting

Search, send an invite and message accepted friends.

Best first action: Open My Profile and complete every section before searching. Members are more likely to respond to a clear, genuine profile with a recent photo.

08Write a better “About Me” section

Keep your introduction positive and specific. A useful introduction can include:

  • How long you have played padel and your current level.
  • Where and when you normally like to play.
  • Whether you want a padel partner, friends, dating or a social game.
  • A few interests outside padel.
  • An easy conversation starter.
Example: “I’m an intermediate padel player based in Durban. I enjoy friendly weekend games, good coffee and meeting active people. I’m looking for new playing partners and genuine connections.”

  3. Leave optional filters open if you would like to see more results.
  4. Select Search or Find Matches.

  • Read their profile information carefully.
  • Look for shared locations, interests or playing preferences.
  • Respect fields or pictures that the member has kept private.
  • Use the available invite or message button to make contact.
