4. Member content

You retain ownership of content you upload, subject to the permissions required for us to host, display, process and technically operate that content as part of the service. You confirm that you have the rights necessary to upload your content and that it does not violate law or third-party rights.

5. Safety and member interactions

PadelCupid does not guarantee the identity, intentions, behaviour, background or compatibility of any member. You are responsible for using reasonable judgment when communicating with or meeting people through the service. Please read our Online Dating Safety Policy.

6. Memberships, subscriptions and payments

If paid memberships or subscriptions are offered, prices, billing periods, renewal terms and cancellation options should be shown at or before purchase. Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers. Any refund rights will be subject to the displayed purchase terms and applicable consumer law.

7. Suspension and termination

We may restrict, suspend or terminate access where we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated, where there is a safety or security risk, where required by law, or where necessary to protect the service or its users. Members may stop using the service at any time.

8. Service availability

We aim to keep PadelCupid available and functional, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. Features may be changed, added, removed or temporarily unavailable for maintenance, security or operational reasons.

9. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PadelCupid is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that users will find a match, form a relationship, receive a particular outcome or that information supplied by other members is accurate.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PadelCupid and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from the use of the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

11. Intellectual property

PadelCupid branding, website design, software, text, graphics and other service materials may be protected by intellectual-property laws. Except where allowed by law or with written permission, you may not copy, reproduce or commercially exploit protected service materials.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after updated Terms become effective may constitute acceptance where permitted by law.
